The Bay County Team

Brian is a lifelong resident of Bay County. He earned a reputation as a local, hometown community banker during his successful 16 year career. He served at Peoples First and Hancock Bank before starting his new career in insurance.

Brian’s favorite part of working with the public has always been meeting and exceeding his customer’s needs with the best solution. Brian spends the majority of his time in the field networking, generating business leads and creating contacts. He enjoys spending time with his family, being active in the local community and is an avid fisherman. His hope is to be remembered as a man of his word and a loyal, honest, local businessman.

Lauryn is a native of Bay County. She resides here with her daughter, Henley. She currently serves in the Army National Guard and has her Bachelors Degree in Business from Gulf Coast State College. Lauryn has obtained her 2-20 license and is a notary public. During her free time her favorite activities include the beach, enjoying the outdoors and exploring local Panama City spots.

Lindsay joined the Daffin Team in September 2021 and is a licensed 2-20 insurance agent, specializing in both personal and commercial lines. Outside of work, she enjoys watching football, spending quality time with her family, and hosting dinner parties for friends and loved ones

Alexis is a Bay County native who joined the Daffin Personal Lines team in June 2024. She holds both 2-20 and 2-15 insurance licenses. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time with her friends, paddle boarding and exploring downtown Panama City with her poodle, Duke.

Kaitlyn was born in Alaska, but has considered Bay County her home most of her life. Kaitlyn joined Daffin Insurance in April 2024 and obtained her 4-40 license in June 2024. Kaitlyn loves spending her free time with her daughter and enjoying the outdoors.

Missy is a Bay County native that joined the Daffin Team in March 2025. Missy is a licensed 4-40 commercial lines Customer Service Representative. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching Alabama Football & taking her free-spirited doberman, Ellie for walks.
