BRIAN

Brian Daffin, President & Licensed Agent

Brian is a lifetime resident of Bay County. He earned a reputation as a local, hometown community banker during his successful 16 year career. He served at People’s First and Hancock Bank before starting his new career in insurance.

Brian’s favorite part of working with the public has always been meeting and succeeding his customer’s needs with the best solution. Brian spends a majority of his time on the field networking, generating business leads and creating contacts. He enjoys being active in the local community and serves as the Head Chairman at the Downtown Improvement Board. Brian enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid fisherman. His hope is to be remembered as a man of his word and a loyal, honest, local businessman.

Mandy Pitts, Senior Vice President & Licensed Agent

Mandy moved to Panama City from Perry, Florida in 1999 where she began a successful career in banking. Mandy took the opportunity to help her friends and local costumers with their insurance needs when the offer was proposed. Mandy is a licensed 2-14 and 2-20 agent specializing in homeowners, condo and life insurance.

Mandy has been a member of the Bay County Chamber Of Commerce since 1999 and has served as an ambassador since 2010. Mandy is married to Rusty Pitts and has two wonderful children, Derek and Brayden. She enjoys spending time with her family at the lake as well as on the boat during the summer.

 

Grace Canty, Licensed Agent

Grace is a local from Panama City. She began her banking career in 2007 working with Brian at People’s First Bank. While in banking, Grace specialized in consumer lending and later became a personal banker and annuity specialist. Grace is a licensed 2-14 and 2-20 agent specializing in commercial and life insurance.

Grace is a current member of Helping Young Professionals Evolve (HYPE). She enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter, Brooke, friends, and family. Her favorite hobbies are crafting, going to the farm, and spending the summer days having fun soaking up the sun at the beach.

Anne Herring, Licensed Agent

Anne came to Panama City in 1989 from the Panama Canal Zone. While in Panama she worked in the banking and insurance industries. She surved as Office Manager of the Canal Zone Credit Union. She had an insurance portfolio with National Union Fire Ins and oversaw claims for USAA and GEICO. Upon arriving in Panama City, she was hired by State Farm as Insurance Agent and worked 5 years before accepting a position with Allstate Insurance, where she worked for the next 17 years. For the last 5 years she worked at an
independent agency. Anne is a licensed insurance Agent with over 37 years of experience.

Anne is married to Mike, and has 4 children, 5
grandchildren, and 2 great grandchild. She enjoys quilting,
going to the movies or to the beach on weekends, and spending
time with her children and grandchildren. Anne loves working with the public and assisting her clients; many of whom have become friends. She enjoys the challenge of tailoring insurance packages to meet her client’s specific needs.

 

 

Alaina Courtney, Licensed Customer Service Representative

Alaina is a local from Panama City. She graduated from A. Crawford Mosley High School. Following graduation she moved down south to Clearwater, FL where she attended The Aveda Institute receiving her Cosmetology License. When she returned home she was offered the customer service representative position at Daffin Insurance where she now specializes in auto insurance. Alaina has her 4-40 license.  Alaina is an active member of Northstar Church where she enjoys leading on the music team. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Rachelle Barlup, Licensed Customer Service Representative

Rachelle is a local of Panama City. In 2013, she graduated from Bay High with her high school and AICE diploma. After graduation she attended Gulf Coast State College where she earned her A.A. in Business Administration. Rachelle is currently attending FSU-PC and working to obtain her B.A. in business. When not working or studying, Rachelle can be found hunting, fishing, and traveling with family and friends. She has her 4-40 license and specializes in home and condo insurance.
